Mo has always had a love of cooking and making people happy! Growing up in Lebanon, Mo worked in a Mediterranean Restaurant; this is where he first realized his great passion for cooking Mediterranean Cuisine, as well as his desire to own his own Restaurant.

The famous Lebanese cedar trees covering the mountain slopes of their native land was a perfect material for construction of strong seaworthy ships.
