Mezza is the Mediterranean way to start a meal. Small plates meant for the middle of the table. Everything is made in our Fresno kitchen daily from family recipes.
Cold dips
Hummus, baba ghannouj, labneh, tabbouleh. House-made daily with whole chickpeas, fire-roasted eggplant, and fresh-cut parsley.
Hot mezza
Falafel, fried cauliflower, cheese rolls, kibbeh. Cooked to order, served warm with garlic sauce or tahini.
Hand-rolled
Warak enab (stuffed grape leaves), kibbeh (bulgur shells filled with seasoned beef), lavash wraps. Each piece rolled or shaped by hand in our kitchen.

The mezza spread is the Mediterranean way to welcome guests. Everything here is made in our kitchen from family recipes Tarek brought back from Lebanon. Chickpeas cooked from scratch, eggplant fire-roasted in-house, grape leaves rolled by hand.

Hummus, baba ghannouj, tabbouleh, fried cauliflower, falafel, and warak enab are plant-based. Labneh contains dairy. Cheese rolls contain dairy and gluten.

A sharing platter that brings together hummus, baba ghannouj, tabbouleh, falafel, and warak enab with warm pita. Built for two to four guests as a starter or as a light meal on its own.
