What desserts does Phoenician Garden serve?
We make traditional Lebanese desserts fresh in our Fresno kitchen: baklava, baklava cheesecake, ashtalieh, and kneffeh. We also offer classic favorites including a fudge buttermilk chocolate cake, tiramisu, classic cheesecake, and Dubai Chocolate Cake. Seasonal specials rotate; ask your server.
How much do desserts cost at Phoenician Garden?
Baklava is $3. Ashtalieh, kneffeh, tiramisu, the fudge buttermilk chocolate cake, and a slice of classic cheesecake are $7 each. Baklava cheesecake and Dubai Chocolate Cake are $12 per slice. Prices shown are dine-in.
Can I order a whole baklava cheesecake?
Yes. A whole baklava cheesecake is $100 and is available with 48 hours notice. Call (559) 261-2747 to order.
Are Phoenician Garden's desserts made in-house?
Our Lebanese desserts (baklava, baklava cheesecake, ashtalieh, and kneffeh) are house-made fresh in our kitchen from family recipes. A few items, such as the Dubai Chocolate Cake, are specialty selections we bring in.
Do your desserts contain allergens?
Yes. Our desserts use wheat (phyllo), dairy, eggs, and tree nuts including walnuts and pistachios. Our kitchen handles all major food allergens, including sesame, and cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. Please tell your server about any allergy before ordering.
