Our kebob selection includes chicken kebobs, beef kebobs, shish kebobs made with lamb and beef, and hand-shaped kefta kebobs seasoned with parsley and Mediterranean spices. Every meat starts with our family's signature spice blend, a recipe refined over generations and unchanged since we opened. The proteins marinate to absorb the flavors, then are carefully skewered with grilled vegetables and charbroiled over open flame. The result is meat with a smoky, caramelized crust that you simply cannot get from pre-cooked kebabs.
Our most popular item is the Combo Kebobs plate, which brings together three different proteins on a single plate: chicken, beef, and kefta. It's the perfect way to experience the range of our kebob preparations in one meal. We also offer shish kebob plates, chicken kebobs, beef kebobs, and kefta kebobs as individual plates, as well as a Family Combo Kebobs Dinner that serves four to five guests and includes beef and chicken kebobs, kefta skewers, rice, sauteed vegetables, warm pita, and dessert. Every kebob plate comes with rice pilaf, grilled vegetables, garlic sauce, and warm pita. You can also pair your meal with our shawarma or explore our Mediterranean bowls for lighter options.
