Whole-muscle cuts
Cubed chicken breast and seasoned beef. Kefta is hand-shaped from ground beef and lamb with parsley and onion.
Marinated overnight
Marinated in our family blend of olive oil, garlic, lemon, and Mediterranean spices for 12+ hours.
Threaded to order
Skewered with bell peppers and onions when you order. Nothing pre-threaded and held.
Charbroiled over flame
Grilled over open flame until the outside is caramelized. Served with rice pilaf, sauteed vegetables, garlic sauce, and warm pita.

The marinade that makes them ours.
Tarek sources the majority of our spices directly from Lebanon. The kebob marinade has not changed since Mo opened the kitchen in 2003. Whole-muscle cuts, marinated overnight, char-grilled when you order.
