Vegetarian.
A full Mediterranean menu without meat. Falafel plates and bowls, mezza dips, fattoush salad, and grape leaves rolled by hand. Built for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone leaning that way.

Mediterranean cooking, without the meat.
Lebanese cooking has always had a deep plant-based tradition. Mezza dips, grain salads, fried vegetables, stuffed leaves. These are not substitutes; they are the originals.
Cook the chickpeas
Whole dried chickpeas soaked overnight and cooked from dry. The base for our hummus and falafel.
Fire-roast the eggplant
Eggplant roasted over open flame until the skin chars. Pureed with tahini and garlic for baba ghannouj.
Hand-roll the leaves
Grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomato, parsley, and seasoning. Rolled by hand in our kitchen daily.
Fry, plate, serve
Falafel rolled and fried to order. Plates built with rice pilaf or mixed greens, finished with tahini or garlic sauce.
Plates, bowls, mezza. All plant-based.
Every item here is made without meat. Vegan options noted; dairy items contain labneh, yogurt sauce, or cheese.

What we make in-house.
We cook our chickpeas from dry. We fire-roast our eggplant in-house. We hand-roll grape leaves daily. Our falafel is rolled and fried to order. These plant-based dishes are made in our kitchen, not bought in.
Hummus, baba ghannouj, and falafel: all house-made. Tahini and spices sourced from Lebanon.
