Parties, birthday celebrations, and casual family gatherings need food that brings people together without creating stress. Phoenician Garden, a family-run Mediterranean restaurant in Fresno, delivers Mediterranean food to homes and venues across Fresno and Clovis in clearly labeled aluminum trays, ready to set out for family-style self-serve. No catering coordinator, no servers, no cleanup headaches.
The family-style format is the foundation. Order spicy chicken platters or combo kebobs, each arriving with warm pita, generous family-sized sides, and a four-piece baklava. Each tray feeds 4 to 5 people, so a party of 20 needs 4 to 5 trays. Stack them on a buffet table, set out plates and utensils, and guests serve themselves throughout the event.
Start the party with the family mezza tray, a spread of eight favorites: hummus, baba ghannouj, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, tabbouleh, lavash, Phoenician pizza, and cheese rolls, with warm pita. Add it 30 minutes before your main platters arrive and the spread is complete without any last-minute fussing. Round out the night with baklava for dessert.
The Feast package serves 6 to 8 people at $230.00 and includes an assorted meats platter of 8 chicken kebobs and 5 beef kebobs charbroiled, four dips (hummus, spicy hummus, labneh, and baba ghanoush), two bags of warm pita, rice pilaf, a pint of garlic sauce, 8 pieces of baklava, and 8 soft drinks.
