Is Phoenician Garden Rewards free to join?
Yes. Joining is completely free. Sign up through our secure SpotOn link and start earning points on your next order. There is no membership fee and no card to carry.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every dine-in, takeout, and direct online order placed with Phoenician Garden. Points are not earned on orders placed through third-party delivery apps.
What can I redeem points for?
Points can be redeemed for free menu items, from a free dessert, dip, or appetizer to a free signature wrap or entree, plus a birthday treat. The more you visit, the bigger the reward you can unlock.
Where can I use my rewards?
Rewards are earned and redeemed on dine-in, takeout, and direct online orders. They are not available through third-party delivery platforms.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
One reward per order. Rewards are not valid with other offers and cannot be combined with other promotions.
What if the item for my reward is not available?
Rewards are subject to availability. If the item is not available when you visit, we will offer a comparable substitution of similar value.
Notice of Financial Incentive
The Phoenician Garden Rewards program offers benefits such as points, free menu items, and member perks in exchange for enrolling with your contact information and linking your purchases. Under California law (Civil Code section 1798.125), this is a financial incentive, and we are required to describe it here.
Information we collect: identifiers and contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number, together with the transaction history associated with your account.
How to opt in and opt out: Participation is entirely optional. You opt in when you enroll, and you may withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing stops new rewards from accruing, and you will have a reasonable opportunity to redeem rewards you have already earned. Withdrawal does not affect any other relationship with us.
Value of the program: The value of the rewards offered is reasonably related to the value of the information you provide, estimated by the expense we reasonably incur to provide the rewards and run the program. We do not sell this information.
