A spring Easter feast

Easter at Phoenician Garden means lamb shank slow-cooked in tomato sauce with red wine and orange peels, grape leaves rolled by hand, and a Family Mezza in the middle of the table. It's our regular Lebanese menu, from a family-owned restaurant that has served Fresno since 2003.

Lamb is the classic Easter main, so start with our slow-cooked lamb shank. Then fill the table with grape leaves, a Family Mezza or a kebob plate.

Mo Hmaidan opened Phoenician Garden in 2003. His son Tarek runs the restaurant today.

Spices From Lebanon

Tarek sources most of our spices direct from Lebanon. Our shawarma marinates overnight in the family seven-spice blend.
