What is toum?
Toum is a traditional Lebanese garlic sauce: thick, creamy, and bold. In the classic style, garlic and oil are whipped until they bind into a smooth, fluffy emulsified sauce, usually brightened with lemon juice.
Every Lebanese kitchen makes its own version. Ours follows a secret family recipe.
What makes a good toum is balance. Whipping softens the sharp bite of raw garlic while keeping its flavor, so the sauce lifts a plate instead of taking it over. It's the kind of condiment that makes you want another bite.

Is your garlic sauce vegan?
We don't label it vegan. The recipe is a family secret, and our kitchen shares equipment across the menu. If you avoid animal products, call us or ask your server about the ingredients before you order.
Does the garlic sauce contain any major allergens?
We don't publish a full ingredient list for the garlic sauce. Our kitchen handles all major food allergens, and our cooking oil is soybean oil, so we can't guarantee any sauce is free from cross-contact. Please tell your server about any allergy, or see our allergen guide.
What's the difference between the garlic sauce and the spicy garlic sauce?
Both are sides: the classic garlic sauce is $1.50 and the spicy garlic sauce is $2.75. We don't publish ingredient lists for either, so ask your server about ingredients before you order.
