Phoenician Garden has cooked Lebanese family recipes at First and Herndon since 2003, in a dining room with warm lighting and a full bar.

Valentine’s dinner for two

In 2026, our Valentine's dinner for two was $65.99 per couple: one appetizer, two entrées, one dessert to share, and two drinks (fountain soda, iced tea, coffee, or hot tea) with free refills. Premium entrée upgrades were $5.25 per plate, and couples could add two glasses of Ksara house wine from Lebanon for $10 or two Valentine's cocktails for $18. We'll post the 2027 menu and price here once they're set. Our full menu is available too. Tax and gratuity not included. Must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Hummus or baba ghanoush, both made with sesame tahini, or labneh. Each comes with pita for dipping.

Two Entrees

Chicken kebob, spicy chicken, vegetarian plate (contains sesame, milk, egg, wheat, and soy), or fattoush salad with chicken, each served with rice pilaf and sautéed vegetables. Premium upgrades add $5.25 per plate: fried trout (served with tahini; contains sesame, egg, fish, wheat, and soy), combo kebobs, or shish kebob.
